專輯以非常具有環保意識的歌曲"No More Walks In The Wood"揭開序幕，接著映入
耳際的是曾為老鷹合唱團創作過暢銷曲"Best Of My Love"的搖滾歌手J.D. Souther
在1974年所寫的典型老鷹式民謠搖滾小品"How Long"。由唐亨利與提摩西史密特攜
手共譜的"Do Something"乍聽之下是首描寫男女之間情愛關係的浪漫情歌，但其實
也表達了樂團對於週遭環境與時局的關心，而同樣也是情歌曲式的作品"Waiting In The Weeds"
則是描述樂團成員如何在時間洪流中學會自我沉潛的過程。唐亨利與格林佛萊齊力
打造的10分鐘搖滾史詩大作"Long Road Out Of Eden"則是從戰爭時局反諷人類文明
的墮落，同時也感慨現代社會充滿對立，譁眾取寵的現象。另一首同樣出自亨利與
佛萊手筆的"Frail Grasp On The Big Picture"直接重砲抨擊「新聞精神淪喪」、
「文化垃圾滿天飛」的傳媒亂象。喬華許不改搖滾老頑童玩樂性格，帶來
"Guilty Of The Crime"、"Last Good Time In Town"這兩首輕快風趣的搖滾勁作。
專輯最末兩首歌曲"Center Of The Universe"、"It’s Your World Now"是唐亨利
與格林佛萊以身為人父的心情道出對下一代的關懷與期許。

我一聽就覺得哇靠!怎麼有人可以把吉他彈的如些的出神入化!
而且旋律又怎麼好聽一點都不芭樂，鼓的編曲也很特別live版吉他更是有強到
